We had the opportunity to talk one on one with designer, Pia Gladys Perey who has taken the bridesmaid fashion market by storm with her hand-draped, jersey gowns.
“These are pieces that bridesmaids will actually wear again,” said Perey. Her Spring/Summer 2017 was inspired by the Leading Lady concept and more specifically the embodiment of this role by women like Michelle Obama, Queen Rania of Jordan, Kate Winslet and Angelina Jolie all making strides in their respective industries.
We got a first look of this collection just launched at Bridal Week at the London hotel and boy, were we impressed. Not only are bridesmaids able to run around on a hectic wedding day while looking fabulous, but these versatile pieces can be dressed up or down for everyday wear.
